hello as far as for my monitoring goes we only experience Dc issues every night time on woe schedule.
sorry for this but the DC issue you are mentioning is because of the ddos attacks we are experiencing. note that we currently have the ddos advance protection. sad to say our attacker is by passing our protection. and regarding the 100 gig protection we are still waiting for it to be available in our host. and also may i ask a couple of question regarding your issues so we can also check it out, when and what time do you usually experience this.

Screenshots will be made, using 2 diff ISP's pinging your server so we can try to eliminate the possibility of routing issues during the time of disconnect.
Usually the server disconnects and causes all active players to be booted. Coz when I log in its' around 100+ (autotrades) and will be followed by rants through shout.

Okay so im assuming if all players are booted then vendors are left online. defo because of the ddos attacks. we get ddos by the attackers at woe time prolly to piss more player off. |

Sir how about always ERROR using White or Blue Box when Teleport and going to warp portal...Since the beginning of eurasia up to now this is the issue nothing have try fix it ...

I have 40 ping but I dunno why its so lag when I play. i have good DL and UL speed too. what can i do to fix this?
