Question 1: When I start the game, I get a side-by-side configuration error.

If you are experiencing this error please check what your computer req and download the one you need.

After downloading, install it on your computer to update your Microsoft Visual C++

Question 2: My EurasiaRO client opens in a very small window

First check your setup.exe > then check the resolution (if it is blank)
One fix i know is to right click your setup.exe then troubleshoot compatibility

• Choose "try recommended settings"
• Test program (then the setup.exe will appear check if the resolution has numbers already, click desired size then click next)
• Save settings for this program. 
• then try running your eurasiaRO.exe client. (if it opens the problem is fixed ^_^)
