One of the longest-running online game tournaments in the country, the Eurasia Ragnarok Online Championship is an annual game tourney wherein the best and the most popular guilds of Eurasia Ragnarok Online (EuRO) get together and battle each other for the right to claim the title as the best and foremost EuRO guild.
In order for your guild to enter the Eurasia Ragnarok Championship, you need to JOIN THE FOLLOWING QUALIFYING TOURNAMENTS BELOW. Click on the following items for tournament schedules and mechanics:
AGIT LORD !
I. SCHEDULE
● PHASE 1: November 28 – December 22,2014
● PHASE 2: December 27 - January 24,2015
● WOE 1: Monday and Friday ( 09:00 - 10:00 *+8GMT )
● WOE 2: Wednesday and Saturday ( 09:00 - 10:00 *+8GMT )

Phase 2: Diabolus Set, Combat Knife, Large Baphomet Horns, Variant Shoes, Proxy, GD_Emergency_Call are deactivated for Phase 2.

The submitted 7-man team (players, accounts, characters) representative for the Agit Lord.
Mechanics:
• Agit Lords will be decided through a series of WoE sieges with 2 Phases.
• There will be one winner for Honor Lord and Siege Lord for Phase 1.
• There will be one winner for Honor Lord and Siege Lord for Phase 2.
• The guild with the highest Honor Points and Siege Points at the end of the Agit scoring in every phase will qualify.
Score Guide:
• Guilds will gain points every time they own an agit.
• For WOE 1 Scoring: One point will be awarded for Siege Agit successfully defended.
• For WOE 2 Scoring: Two points will be awarded for Siege Agit successfully defended.
• For Honour Agit scoring: One point will be awarded for every Honour Agit successfully defended. If a guild gets Honour Points, all Siege Points gain for that WoE are forfeited.
• Ownership of agits will be reset before every phase.
• Guild and guild master can only win once for the whole duration of the Agit Lord tournament (both phase 1 and phase 2).
Agit Lord Tie Rule:
• In case of a tie in the Agit Lords, the guild that has the highest guild level among all tied guilds automatically qualifies for a slot.
• If there is a tie in honor/ siege points AND guild level:
• If there is still a tie, the game master will check the guild EXP and the guild with more exp wins.
If in case there is still a tie after rule #1 nad rule #2 both teams will fight in a 7-vs-7 RPC-style tournament.

Mechanics
Nominate for your favorite guild using zeny or Donation Points ( Every 200 Php is equivalent to 1 vote/nomination ).
Donation Points will expire after 24 hours of redemption.
The top 5 guilds with the highest votes during the nomination period will advance to the Voting Phase.
How to Nominate your guild
● Log-in in game
● Deal your zeny to GM Dawn, Charlotte and Eurasia and tell your guild you want to nominate.
● For every 10,000,000 Zeny the guild will gain 1 point.
Voting Phase
Mechanics
The top 5 guilds with the highest points per server during the nomination phase will qualify for the voting phase.
Players can choose to vote a certain guild.
The Top 1 guild with highest total points will have a chance to become the EurasiaRO Champion.
4 Guilds who will not qualify for the Wild Card Slot will still have a chance to become a Wild Card Raffle Phase 1 or 2.
The winner will be drawn after the voting phase period.
How to vote during Voting phase.
● Log-in in game
● Give your zeny to the Wild Card Vote NPC, choose the guild you want to vote.
● For every 10,000,000 Zeny the guild will gain 1 Guild Voucher.

The EurasiaRO 7v7 War Army is a tournament, where the best and most popular guilds in Eurasia Ragnarok Online battle it out for the right to represent our guild at the Eurasia Ragnarok Championship 2014.
ELIGIBILITY
• Must be a EurasiaRO citizen.
• Must have a Eurasia Ragnarok Online account that has been active for the past three (3) weeks. An account is considered as an active account if the player is able to log in and play the account regularly within the stated duration.
• There will be One winner for Phase 1 7v7 War Army and Phase 2 7v7 War Army.
HOW TO JOIN
• Form a 7-man team from the server.
• Registration Date: TBA
• Pre-tournament rules
• Match Rules and Character Settings
• A team will consist of 7 members.
• The tournament will be a 7 vs 7 team match.
• Each team can choose 7 accounts out of that 13 tournament accounts that will be provided (Each of the 13 accounts contain one of 13 3rd class [Transcendent Job] characters. One team cannot have more than one character of the same job at the same time).
• Level restrictions. High Priests, High Wizards, Champions and Snipers are set at level 85 while the rest are at level 90.
• All characters are set to the following: 1st Job Lv 50, 2nd Job Lv 60.
• 10M zeny will be allocated for each participant to use till the end of the tournament.
• Weapons and armor can be refined to safe level only.
• Armor : +4
• Weapon: level 1 = +7; level 2 = +6; level 3 = +5; level 4 = +4
• Item drop and trade has been disabled. Use of Vending skill is prohibited. Items currently cannot be sold back to the NPCs or placed in Kafra storage. Do not overbuy.
• Item Restrictions. – Purchase of Poison Bottles is limited to Assassin Cross while the other bottles are only available to Biochemists.
• Acid Bottles and Grenades are limited to 5 pcs each, while Poison Bottles are limited to 3pcs for the whole tournament.
• Plagiarism skill of Stalker will be learned through the match itself or while the match is ongoing.
• Once a player’s character enters the arena, that character cannot be changed. Character change can be done per match or round. However, player must finish setting up before the game starts.
• When the team is called up for their match, they will be given 5 minutes to show up. If they do not show up after 5 minutes of being called, they will be disqualified and automatically lose the match.
• Teams will then be given 15 minutes for their equipment and character set-up.
• Matches will be best-of-3, race to 2.
• Players will only have 1 minute to set-up in between rounds.
• If a round ends with neither team completely eliminated, the team with the most number of surviving members will win.
• If a round ends with both teams having the same number of surviving members, they are then subjected to a 1-round sudden-death match with NO HP or SP restoring items and no High Priest. All members except High Priest will log in again for a 6 vs 6 match. The player of the High Priest account may remain with the team, but may not log in the account.
• The start of a match will be signaled by marshaling Game Masters. Players may start casting buffs the moment they enter the arena. A countdown will be given before a match is started. Use of other skills, on the other hand, is restricted until the marshals give their go signal. Offending players will be given a warning; then on the second offense, penalty will be disqualification from the tournament. The same rule holds for those who attack a tournament marshal.
• Each match will last 7 minutes.
• Only the Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials have the right to stop the match if needed.

III. TOURNAMENT PROPER
Restrictions
● The submitted 7-man team (players, accounts, characters) representative for the eliminations and semi-finals must not be part of other Agit Lord teams, Wild Card teams and/or 7v7 War Army teams from the same server.
Match Rules
• Accounts will be provided by the Tournament marshals.
• Once the accounts have been issued to the team captain's respected emails, teams may set-up their characters on Eurasia Sakray Server.
• When the team is called up for their match, they will be given 10 minutes to show up. If they don't show up after 10 minutes of being called, they will be disqualified and automatically lose the match.
• Players must use their own Team Emblem.
• Teams that are fighting each other are not allowed to use the same emblem.
• Only the Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials have the right to stop the match if needed.
• The tournament will be a 7 vs 7 team match
• If a round ends with neither team completely eliminated, the team with the most surviving members will win.
• If a round ends with both teams having the same number of surviving members, they are then subject to a 1-round sudden-death match with NO HP or SP restoring items and no High Priest. Player Responsibilities
• Players must follow the rules interpretations and guidelines for play set forth by the RPC/RWC Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials.
• Players are expected to behave in a respectful and sporting manner at all times.
• Players are expected to promptly bring up any issues they may have with the marshals during preparation time. Any complaints after the countdown in the arena will not be entertained.
• Players who argue with or fail to follow the instructions of the Tournament Director, head judge or other tournament officials are subject to the appropriate penalties as the case may be.
• EurasiaRO Dev Team and/or officials of the EuRC Tournament Committee reserve the right to suspend or ban a player or guild without prior notice for any reason deemed necessary.
• If the team leader withdraws from the game, the opponent team will win the match.
• Players should only use party chat during the tournament. A player who makes a public chat during the match will be warned for the first time, second time he/she regarded as dead. Players who are silenced (automatic-system implemented) due to said violation will be disqualified from the said match.
• A player who leaves his/her party during a match will be considered as a dropout and will be instructed to quit his/her game immediately.
• Players who disturbs the progress of the tournament (such as using the cloaking or tunnel drive, spamming skills, abusing the magic skills and so on), will have their team warned. If the team gets a total of 2 warnings, they will lose the match.
• The decision of the Referees, Game Masters, and tournament officials ARE FINAL.
• EurasiaRO Dev Team has the right to change/delete portions/expound/clarify/interpret tournament rules depending on circumstances as they see fit for a fair and balanced competition environment.
TOURNAMENT-PROPER RULES, PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS
• The start of a match will be signaled by marshaling game master. Players may start casting buffs during the count down. Use of other skills, on the other hand, is restricted until the marshals give their go signal. Offending players will be given a warning; then on the second offense, penalty will be disqualification from the tournament. The same rule holds for those who attack a tournament marshal.
• Lag will not stop the clock. Disconnection will not stop the clock. Once a game has already started, disconnection of players from the servers, regardless of their number, will not stop the match. If a whole team is abnormally logged off while a game is ongoing, the team forfeits the match. It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUILDMASTER AND THE ENTIRE TEAM TO ENSURE THAT THEIR CONNECTIONS, HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ARE ALL WORKING IN GOOD CONDITION.
• Any event that transpires (including Character kills and fouls) before a match is paused is considered legal.
• The GMs, Marshalls and Tournament Committees' DECISION IS FINAL
• A team is considered to have won the round if they have met the following conditions:
• The team kills ALL members of the opposing team
• The team has the most number of kills after the determined match period
• CONCEDING - Conceding a match can only be done before the match begins.
7. FOULS:
Zoning Foul – This is defined as moving your character in an unauthorized area or refusing to follow move orders issued by the GM in-game.
Skill Foul – This is defined as using skills in the tournament area before the countdown by the head marshal.
Striking Foul – This is defined as striking any of the GMs in game.
Technical Foul – This is defined as engaging in any behavior that is unsportsmanlike and includes excessive profanity or violence against property or individuals including the marshals.
Fouls are counted as “kills” on the team, that is, they are subtracted from the number of surviving members of a team to determine the final score.
Ex: Team A has 2 fouls and 6 surviving members at the end of the fight. They will be treated as having only 4 surviving members. – A team that accumulates 3 or more fouls is automatically loses a game -
8.Trash-talking is allowed to an extent. Please avoid cussing and profanity during all stages of the tournament Level Up and/or officials of the RPC Tournament Committee reserve the right to suspend or ban a player or guild without prior notice for any reason deemed necessary.
9. In any case of power outage, the whole match will be reset regardless of the number of surviving members. If the power outage took too long, remaining matches will be held online instead.
